Return and Exchange Policy – Liora Vogue

At Liora Vogue, your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items for customers in Malaysia and the United States under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange clothing items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from makeup or perfume stains, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags cannot be accepted. For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bodysuits, and accessories (like earrings or headwear) are not eligible. Sale and clearance items are also excluded.

Return and Exchange Window

Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests after this period cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order immediately to ensure it meets your expectations.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, contact our customer service team via email: info@lioravogue.com and provide:

  1. Your order number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  3. The reason for your request

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for securely packaging your items. Do not send items back to the original shipping address, as all returns must be sent to the address provided in the email.

Shipping Costs and Handling

  • Standard Returns (no defects): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are charged based on actual shipping cost.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: Return shipping is free, fully covered by Liora Vogue.
  • Restocking Fees: No restocking fee is applied for eligible returns.

Please ensure items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: After we receive and inspect returned items, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Partial Returns: If only part of the order is returned, the refund will cover only the returned items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for a different size or color are available for eligible items.
  • Exchanges will be processed after the original item is received and approved.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.

Special Situations

  • Lost or Damaged Return Packages: If your return package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service immediately and provide supporting evidence (tracking information, photos, etc.) to resolve the issue.
  • Partial Returns/Exchanges: Customers may return or exchange individual items from an order. Any applicable store credits or promotions will be applied according to our standard policies.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Worn, washed, or altered clothing
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Requests made after the 30-day window
